High score for IIF

During General Meeting of TCO with BO on service in July, the achievements of every business-partner were announced for the first and second quarters of this year.

West Dala LLP was highly commended for its work under IIF Incentive Program (Incident and Injury Free); for the involvement of the project management in IPA issues; for involving the West Dala LLP management in walking around the sites; for providing appropriate training; for the implementation of the Open Door Program and the online competition of children's drawings. By the way, this competition on the theme “Caring for the environment means caring for all humanity” was also noted in the TCO newspaper “Achievements of IIF program of the FGP project”, where photos of children's drawings and the ceremony of awarding the winners’ parents were posted.

Permanent active work on the development of safe work on the FGP project helps our company maintain a friendly working atmosphere in the team and provide high-level services.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.

West Dala joined the United Nations Global Compact — the world’s largest international initiative for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility — in 2023.

This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.
