A lecture on “Waste Management and Spill Response” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov University. Environmental specialists from West Dala — Ainagul Sagiyeva and Islam Sagynbayev — conducted an engaging session with students, highlighting the key principles of environmentally responsible waste management. The focus was on modern approaches to safe disposal, reducing environmental impact, and the role of business in building a sustainable environment.
The “Innovative Ideas” competition was held in the Atyrau Region to support talented youth and develop their scientific research and inventive potential. Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).
