NCOC and West Dala LLP familiarized representatives of Makat district community and state bodies with the waste management complex.

Another visit to the waste management facilities of specialized organization "West Dala" LLP was organized for representatives of Makat district community and state bodies in order to familiarize them with the methods and technologies applied in the industrial waste management.

The waste management facility (WMF) is located at the distance of eight kilometres along Atyrau – Uralsk highway in Makhambet district. It has modern equipment installed for waste and wastewater management.

The visitors were demonstrated the whole chain of waste management from the reception of waste to environmentally safe high-temperature decontamination and processing of liquid and solid industrials waste, food and other waste. At the plastic and cardboard waste compaction area the participants have observed the process of PET bottles compaction.

At the end of the visit, West Dala representatives answered additional questions about the WMF operations.

This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) held a Business Partners Forum on the Contractors' Health, Environmental and Safety Management System (CHESM). Business partners of the company gathered at TCO's Headquarter to share experiences in achieving Zero Incidents and to discuss issues of safety, labor protection, health and the environmental protection of Contractors.

West Dala celebrated its 20th anniversary by honoring its distinguished employees who laid the foundation of the company and made a significant contribution to the production processes of numerous waste-management projects in the western region of the country.
