May 31, 2017 in Uralsk was the 1st International Forum “Uralsk Green Forum” (UGF). The environmental forum was organized as part of the promotion of green economy concept on the eve of EXPO 2017: “Modern issues of ecology and energy saving. New approaches and ways of development “. The forum was organized by Karachaganak Petroleum Operating BV. Official support is from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region. Participants of the forum are representatives of state institutions, large nature operators, associations, contract organizations.
