TRAINING

The new training year began for West Dala employees with the '7 Skills for Highly Effective People 4.0' training. FranklinCovey's certified trainer training provides a clear understanding of how to develop key skills, which include being proactive, presenting the end goal, and achieving synergy. Our colleagues shared their impressions after the training:

Zhanar Umralieva, Head of Economics and Planning Department
– In our team the seminar went perfect, everyone was engaged and active. The training teaches how to plan, but also how to find time for myself and work. I think I will apply these skills in my life.

Aset Burambaev, Internal Security Specialist
– The training is excellent, I personally liked it. I especially remembered the active lifestyle and personal mission. There was a lot of useful information that can be applied in work.

Olesya Balashova, Contracts Manager
I had the most positive impressions of the training, although initially I was skeptical.
Our second day of training was very memorable, when my colleagues and I worked as a team.
I would like to note the professionalism of our trainer Ainur, who presented the material in an accessible and interesting way and found an approach to each participant.

All participants of the training thanked the management of the company for organising an interesting and useful training, which will help the West Dala team to become even more effective in life and work!
