THANKS TO THE EMPLOYEE

NCOC N.V. company once again expressed her gratitude to West Dala employee, supervisor Samat Sarsengaliev for the discovered violation and the subsequent stoppage of all work, which were carried out at the bridge of the NCOC-Bautino marine support base with the hazardous waste containing pyrophoric compounds.

Richard Howe, NCOC N.V. Managing Director, during a personal conversation with Samat, expressed his gratitude and emphasized the importance of his close attention for the safety during the work.

The management team of Bautino Base in gratitude were held the Golden Safe-R award ceremony and handed a souvenir to Samat Sarsengaliev.

Samat repeatedly receives thanks from NCOC N.V. for the invaluable contribution to the organization of work to ensure safety and labor protection, for the prevention of violations and incidents, for the example of ethics in the workplace.

A lecture on “Waste Management and Spill Response” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov University. Environmental specialists from West Dala — Ainagul Sagiyeva and Islam Sagynbayev — conducted an engaging session with students, highlighting the key principles of environmentally responsible waste management. The focus was on modern approaches to safe disposal, reducing environmental impact, and the role of business in building a sustainable environment.

The “Innovative Ideas” competition was held in the Atyrau Region to support talented youth and develop their scientific research and inventive potential. Specialists from West Dala — environmental engineer Aigul Sagiyeva and chief technologist Minara Massalimova — were invited to serve as members of the jury.

Employees of West Dala joined the environmental campaign organized by the Department of Ecology of the Mangystau Region to clean the territory of Aktau city. They also supported the initiative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Atyrau Region by participating in the clean-up and improvement of Victory Park in Atyrau city.

From 20:30 to 21:30, the Earth Hour International Environmental Action took place to draw attention to the need for a responsible attitude to nature and the resources of the planet. This year, Earth Hour in Kazakhstan is dedicated to the theme of nature conservation in the country.
