TEAMBUILDING

West Dala’s sports team building in October was a successful symbiosis of outdoor activities, relaxed communication between colleagues and, most importantly, united the employees into a friendly team. The good weather and excellent mood of the participants contributed to this. High motivation was reflected in the clear execution of tasks and difficulties, which participants had to overcome at the first stage of the team building. The Wild West (orange) team of Victor Kysykov and Green Joe (green) team of Taras Aisultanov competed. The tasks were difficult: we had to wriggle out of intricate rope combinations, run with obstacles and look for non-standard solutions. All teams did well because of their teamwork, ingenuity, and support for each other. The Wild West team was the winner, slightly ahead of the Green team, which showed ingenuity and innovation. A volleyball game was also a test of team spirit.

After the sports part of the team building event was over, there were competitions of dance teams and a festive ceremony of awarding the teams and active participants of the team building event. Since the event was in the "Wild West" style, there were "Become a Western Hero" contests. Office Manager Saltanat Kurmangalieva became the winner in the nomination "For the Best Female Cowgirl Image". A pleasant surprise was the awarding of special certificates to employees who had distinguished themselves in their work and the team during the year.

The event was a huge success, delighting the participants with a diverse program and a sea of new experiences. Such team building events help to build the team, and thus to create the next West Dala success story!
