TEAMBUILDING

In June, Teambuilding of Champions of the Incident & Injury Free (IIF) Program, which was organized by the COCR service company was held on the territory of the “New Tengiz” rotational camp.

For the first time since the pandemic, the Champions of the IIF Program of TCO service companies met in the Teambuilding. Thus, TCO resumed regular meetings for the exchanging experiences and ideas on improving the level of IIF.

The leaders and champions of IIF were present from the West Dala company, who immediately joined to the teambuilding program: team games for logic, dexterity and attentiveness, as well as volleyball. A win-win lottery was held at the event, where each teambuilding participant was given memorable prizes with the IIF logo. An important part of the meeting was the discussion of pressing issues of everyday life, nutrition, working conditions and rest while on duty, as well as ideas for promoting IIF among employees. The teambuilding ended with a buffet at the COCR summer cafe, where the responsible heads of TCO and business partners were addressed.
