TEAM BUILDING

Safety Month 2025: A Successful Conclusion. Safety Month 2025, held as part of the company’s 20th anniversary celebrations, concluded on May 31 with a final event — a corporate outdoor team-building activity organized by the Department of Industrial Safety and Labor protection. The event took place at the Wooden House recreation center.

The team-building event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, becoming a vibrant and memorable final to Safety Month 2025. The program was rich and diverse, aimed at strengthening team spirit and emphasizing the importance of health and safety among employees. The main participants were employees, who had distinguished themselves in occupational health and safety throughout the year, as well as winners of themed competitions held during the month.

Employees took part in active team games that fostered cooperation, mutual understanding, and trust within the group. Intellectual challenges and contests contributed to the development of teamwork and decision-making skills in non-standard situations. The team-building event became not only an effective tool for informal interaction but also a crucial step toward building a strong, cohesive, and responsible team.

At the conclusion of the event, heads of structural departments, projects, and production sites delivered congratulatory speeches, emphasizing the importance of the achievements in the field of occupational health and safety. Labor veterans, competition winners, and employees who stood out in safety performance were recognized with certificates of appreciation and commemorative prizes.

We sincerely thank all participants for their enthusiasm, active involvement, and outstanding team spirit!
