“Mangistaumunaigaz” JSC - Head of Environmental Protection and Greenhouse Gases Service, Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Environment

“Mangistaumunaigaz”JSC cooperated with West Dala LLP under long-term contracts for oil waste treatment at our facilities with subsequent liquidation and reclamation of “Mangistaumunaigaz” JSC facilities with submission to state controlling authorities and signing of liquidation and reclamation acts.

West Dala LLP was successfully audited by “Mangistamunaigaz” JSC prior to commencement of works. The work was performed professionally, within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the reporting and accounting of oil waste was conducted on the principles of openness and transparency. Clear execution of instructions and remarks in the performance of contractual obligations. In the course of project implementation, West Dala LLP demonstrated full compliance with industrial and environmental safety requirements. Personnel always wore PPE, followed speed limits, work was performed without violations, and internal controls and audits were constantly conducted. During the COVID quarantine, sanitary standards and all safety measures were observed. There were no accidents or incidents during the period of work.

I would like to wish West Dala LLP good contracts and volumes of work using increasingly new "zero-emission" technologies in terms of oil waste and expanding production in the Mangistau region for the recovery of all types of industrial waste, respecting the principles of hierarchy, proximity to the source of generation, responsibility for all types of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
