MENTORING

West Dala has opened its doors to young specialists and students, as we have previously covered in our posts. In this way, West Dala employees become mentors to young people and share their accumulated experience, which is in line with the company's sustainable development principles.

Mentoring helps employees unlock their professional and creative potential. It is also important for West Dala that the training not only conveys knowledge, skills, and abilities, but also shared corporate values and, in general, an understanding of how the waste management market operates in Kazakhstan.

A mentor is a guide to the professional world where the mentee grows from a newcomer to an established specialist. And that's something our experienced personnel do an excellent job with.
