The main Kaizen focus in aims at the staff “quality”, because the quality of the services depends on the staff. This system involves the process of improving each employee – from the top management to the simple employee.
Each employee of the organization offers a small improvement on the regular basis. Offers are not made occasionally in the course of a month or year, but always. For the most part they aren’t global, but they are only a minor improvement. This is the point of Kaizen system – a large number of small, minor improvements leads to a significant quality improvement.
The suggestions for the improvement which employees are make cannot be limited in a specific area, for example, production or marketing. Kaizen is based on a making changes anywhere where you can make the improvements.
Many companies are looking the funds for modernization the production, but often these tools are located within the companies.
