A lecture on “Waste Management and Spill Response” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov University. Environmental specialists from West Dala — Ainagul Sagiyeva and Islam Sagynbayev — conducted an engaging session with students, highlighting the key principles of environmentally responsible waste management. The focus was on modern approaches to safe disposal, reducing environmental impact, and the role of business in building a sustainable environment.
In today’s world, many companies have long come to the conclusion that sporting events are one of the most productive and motivational influences on employees. Sport charges with a general spirit and unity, increases the incentive to work and develop a person in all directions, both socially and professionally. Because corporate sport is a modern and bright tool for solving business issues.
The management of the ISKER group of companies once decided to unite desire and corporate spirit among colleagues by creating their own basketball team that participates in amateur city, republican and international tournaments, and also from 2016 organizes and conducts international tournaments among the CIS participants.
The ISKER basketball team, led by Balgimbaev Tolegen Nuranovich, is constantly among the three strongest teams of amateur basketball and often takes the first places in various tournaments, and each player of the team during games shows their individual abilities and then receives such awards as the “Best Player” , “Best Forward” and so on. All these victories contribute only to an increase in the strength of the unified spirit of the ISKER team.
West Dala is proud that its employees are represented in the ISKER team in a rather large number, namely, five people are fighting only for victory, that is, the guys are always focused on the result both in sports and in work. Here are these players:

In 2018, the ISKER team held two of their own international tournaments and took part in more than seven other tournaments in Kazakhstan and abroad.
Corporate sport for employees of the ISKER group of companies becomes an integral part of the working atmosphere, because in addition to players in tournaments, fans are also actively involved, these are people who are also employees of the consortium ranging from directors to workers. This combination and cohesion of the staff of all companies makes it possible to reveal themselves without constraint and to show their qualities, which can then be applied in professional activities. After all, to raise the corporate spirit of the company and strengthen the health of employees will never be useless.
