Working at a High Level

West Dala as a service company, pay a special attention to occupational safety in transportation and production, as well as in financial and personnel control. The professional approach in these areas is confirmed by audits conducted by the Tengizchevroil (TCO) in April of this year.

The Occupational Safety and Health Department gave a high rating (94%) following the monthly audit of the Personnel and Accounting Department's documentation. West Dala received the highest "green" level - "Grade A" - in the main audit on vehicle management, MVS. The company also received a high rating (94%) following the annual CHESM audit (Contractor HSE Management Qualification - Occupational Safety and Health, Labor Protection, and Environmental Protection Process in Contractor Organizations). Thus, West Dala maintains its high Grade A rating status.

The conducted checks showed that the health, labor relations, and environmental protection system in the company fully comply with TCO requirements. West Dala will continue to operate, adhering to all TCO requirements and Kazakhstan's legislation.

Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).

For the third consecutive year, West Dala has been conducting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the international standard (GHG Protocol) and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.
