Incident and Injury Free

At the FGP-WPMP project, in order to arrange health and safety TCO has implemented "Incident and Injury Free" (IIF) program. West Dala ensures conditions to implement IIF, under which the work can be started safely, and every employee has the right to temporary or complete work stoppage if unsafe behavior or unsafe conditions are observed.  All employees on the project adhere to the four principles of IIF: develop relationships; recognize hazards; act correctly; speak up.

At the end of each rotation, distinguished West Dala employees are awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts for the following achievements: "Safe Driving", "Contribution to development of IIF", "Honest labor and responsible attitude to the obligations being fulfilled", "Application of of the RSW (Right to Stop Work)". As part of the IIF program, walk throughs are carried out on the sites complying with all protective measures against COVID-19. At such events, employees share their ideas concerning improving IIF, ask questions to the management.

This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.
