HEALTH CARE

Spring has come - the time of the off-season and hypovitaminosis when our body needs special care. In order for the working week to be productive during this period, and the rest to be of high quality, let's remember simple but effective recommendations. That's what Yerzat Tuyakbayev, the Head of the West Dala Health Protection Service advises.

Get enough sleep!

To restore strength, the body needs 7-8 hours of sleep a day. Let the body gain strength, recover.

Wash your hands thoroughly!

Germs and viruses are transmitted by airborne droplets. If this is not possible, carry disinfecting gels or wet wipes with you. Do not touch your eyes and nose with dirty hands.

Dress according to the weather!

Do not neglect the weather forecasts. Carefully monitor the temperature and precipitation to be fully prepared. Shoes should always be dry and warm. Change street clothes for home clothes. Take care of yourself from hypothermia and drafts.

Avoid crowded places!

During the period of active viral load, limit contact with sneezing and coughing people or stay at a distance of 1-2 meters.

Eat health food!

Don't skip meals. The diet should be balanced — proteins, fats, carbohydrates are mandatory. Do not forget about fermented dairy products rich in pre/probiotics.

Ventilate the room more often!

The air in the room should be fresh.

Do sports!

Sports strengthen the body as a whole and improve metabolic processes in the brain, contributing to its better functioning.
