West Dala specialists, Ecologist Ainagul Sagiyeva and Chief Technologist Minara Massalimova, participated in the X Eurasian Business Forum “Green Energy & Waste Recycling” (GEWR’26), held in Astana on July 2–3, 2026.
West Dala LLP was established in the Atyrau Region on July 18, 2005, and for 21 years, the Company has held a leading position in the integrated waste management of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Today, West Dala LLP operates in the Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, and Mangystau regions. The company offers clients not only standard waste management approaches but also solutions tailored to specific conditions and client requirements, in full compliance with regulatory standards regarding quality, environmental protection, and health and safety.
West Dala LLP is a member of the Kazakhstan Waste Management Association “KazWaste”, the Union of Oilfield Service Companies of Kazakhstan “KazService”, the Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Council “PetroCouncil”, and the Italian-Kazakhstan Trade Association (ACIK), and has also joined the UN Global Compact — a leading voluntary initiative for sustainable development. Since 2023, our Company has been undergoing an ESG transformation that creates sustainable development, enhances its appeal, and increases its contribution to the socio-economic development of the regions where it operates. West Dala LLP publishes an annual Sustainability Report, and in 2024, it became the first Kazakhstani waste management company to receive an ESG rating from the international agency S&P Global.
In 2025, West Dala LLP underwent a comprehensive technology audit and received a compliance rating of 51% against the principles of Best Available Techniques (BAT) applied in the member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Today West Dala LLP operates six own production facilities. All of them have been designed and constructed in strict compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan's legislation on waste management. The equipment and technologies used at these facilities fully comply with international technical standards. An Integrated Management System (IMS) is in place across all of the Company’s production facilities in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, including the internal regulatory documents required for the effective planning, operation, management, and continuous improvement of the IMS and its business processes.
