Modern technology is capable of many production tasks. Our new mobile sorting and washing unit sorts oil waste and can also screen and wash sand and gravel. The equipment is equipped with a high-tech automation system including top-of-the-line Siemens-Schneider electronic components and PLCs. The unit is controlled only by the tablet controller.

“After removal of oil wastes, we transport them to Uzen WMF, then, on the preparatory map, the oil wastes are sorted: the oil contaminated soil is separated into fractions through screeds. All other objects such as stones, metal scrap, plastic, disposable coveralls and gloves are separated from the soil by the equipment itself”, - explains Nurlybek Kenzhegaliyev, Project Manager of West Dala Oil & Gas Sector.
