ENBEK ZHOLY – 2025

The Chief Technologist of West Dala, young specialist Minara Masalimova, became the winner of the “Enbek Zholy – 2025” competition in the category “Best Young Production Worker” at the district level of Atyrau Region. At the end of October, the Akim of Makhambet District officially congratulated Minara on her well-deserved victory. The West Dala team expresses gratitude to Minara for her professionalism, responsibility, and contribution to the company’s development. West Dala has become a new member of the Italian–Kazakh Trade Association (ACIK).

Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).

For the third consecutive year, West Dala has been conducting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the international standard (GHG Protocol) and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.
