West Dala, LLP organized the “Effective Team” Corporate Teambuilding among its employees to apply in practice an effective tool for managing staff, establishing and strengthening communication within the team, bring an atmosphere of goodwill, mutual support and active cooperation in the team.

The program of the event consisted of several parts:

• Presentation of the Company, which reflected the results of 2013 and development plans for 2014.

• Interactive games that helped to identify initiative employees endowed with the leadership qualities.

• Bowling, which showed an effective competition among teams.

On the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons, West Dala Company once again continued its good tradition by providing charitable assistance to elderly people and presenting them with food baskets.

For three decades, KIOGE has been one of the key professional platforms for the oil and gas industry, bringing together government institutions, national and international companies, major project operators, equipment manufacturers, technology providers and oilfield service companies.

At the beginning of autumn, our employees took part in clean-up events organized by the Department of Ecology of Atyrau. As part of the initiatives, the team helped clean and improve the riverside areas along the Zhaiyk River in the Koktem and Zhymysker microdistricts.

Supporting Education - Investing in the Future. As part of its Social Responsibility Programme, West Dala LLP has provided educational grants to students of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
