The West Dala team is constantly studying international experience in the waste management, attending specialized events. In November, the company’s delegation got acquainted with innovative technologies in the field of Green Economy at the Ecomondo exhibition in Rimini (Italy). It is the most accredited platform for the reuse of materials and the sustainable development of the environmental industry. The exhibition owes its success to a balanced mix of the commercial side and scientific and technical developments. For West Dala, the visit to Ecomondo provided an opportunity to get acquainted with new technologies, manufacturers and potential partners in the waste recycling.

Representatives of West Dala took a part in the “Local Value, Shared Growth” Forum, dedicated to developing Kazakhstani content within the country’s largest petrochemical initiative — the construction of a polyethylene plant with an annual capacity of 1.25 million tons.

At the end of August, the first Forum on Artificial Intelligence in the Oil and Gas Industry was held in Atyrau. The initiator was the Union of Oilfield Service Companies of Kazakhstan (KazService) with the official support of the Akimat of Atyrau Region, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
