Ecology Salasynynyn uzdigi

At the «Green Energy & Waste Recycling Forum - 2022», the awarding ceremony for the best industry professionals took place. The badge «Ecology Salasynynyn uzdigi» was awarded to our colleague - Dias Khabiev, Director of Corporate Development. During his ten years at West Dala, he has managed major environmental projects, interacted with representatives of international oil and gas companies and developed cooperation with large industrial enterprises on integrated waste management. Under the leadership of Dias Khabiev, West Dala formed proposals for the Environmental Code of Kazakhstan, as the environmental component of projects is always a priority in the activities of the company.

West Dala has become a new member of the Italian–Kazakh Trade Association (ACIK).

Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).

For the third consecutive year, West Dala has been conducting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the international standard (GHG Protocol) and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.
