West Dala's driver, Rishat Imashev, was featured at the quarterly Drivers Forum organized by NCOC due to his high performance on IVMS reports and commitment to safe driving. For his professional achievements, Imashev Rishat was awarded a diploma and gifts from the Customer. This is an absolutely deserved award to a professional in his field who constantly keeps feedback in case of unforeseen obstacles, competently answers Customer questions, knows perfectly well and applies the "Vital Rules" of the NCOC company in his work.

It is important to note that Imashev Rishat has been working at West Dala since 2010, his driving experience has been 39 years! Colleagues describe him as a responsive person who always shares his experience and helps new employees.
