COMPETITION RESULTS

The results of the "ENBEKTI ZHAKSARTU" competition have been finalized.

West Dala strives to improve all work processes in order to increase the level of services which are provided to the Clients. The first competition "ENBEKTI ZHAKSARTU" was dedicated to the ideas for improvement.

Enthusiastic employees presented their projects in a variety of areas: from improving document management issues to the new developments. Almost all the proposals demonstrated practicality, development and creativity. According to the jury, the best idea was presented by Askar Tabanov, a Mechanic of the Repair and Maintenance Service. Olesya Balashova, Contract Manager, who offered ideas for the development of human resources in the company, also received encouragement. Among the works, the jury noted the Customer Service Department for Zhangir Balgimbayev's interesting proposal to create structures from waste in order to develop an environmentally friendly attitude to waste among the population. All the named competitors will receive monetary incentives.

The management and organizing committee of the company giving thanks to the participants for their provided projects. We hope that the next competition will present the ideas that will make West Dala even better!

West Dala specialists, Ecologist Ainagul Sagiyeva and Chief Technologist Minara Massalimova, participated in the X Eurasian Business Forum “Green Energy & Waste Recycling” (GEWR’26), held in Astana on July 2–3, 2026.

The West Dala team took part in the “Taza Zhagalau” environmental campaign organized by the Department of Ecology of the Atyrau Region, joining other organizations in cleaning the embankment area of the Atyrau residential district.

West Dala participated in the 2nd Regional Investment Forum “Future of the Region: Development Strategy” held in Uralsk, Kazakhstan.
