CLEANING THE TERRITORY

On the initiative of the West Dala’s leadership was decided to hold a community work day to improve the coastal zone of the Ural River and on November 23, 2019, with the support of the Akimat of the village of Almaly, a friendly team was able to clean the coastal zone of the village of Almaly.

The selected territory was in very poor condition due to the large amount of household waste, and therefore it was decided to hold a community work day in two stages, dividing the total number of employees into two groups. The first group was cleaned in the morning, and the second in the afternoon. All employees on site were provided with the necessary equipment for cleaning work, namely: rakes, garbage bags, gloves, disposable overalls and respirators.

The employees of the company determined that all waste will be separately sorted into bags: recyclable materials and municipal solid waste. As a result, 10 cubes of recyclables and 10 cubes of solid waste were collected.

For employees of West Dala it was very nice to combine a good deed with another joint pastime. During the break, colleagues not only warmed themselves with hot tea, coffee and pastries, but also were able to show the cohesion of the team, good relations with each other and once again proving that the company is one big family!

The motto of the day was: The holy cause is to ennoble the territory of your native land!
