BASKETBALL

Basketball is one of the favorite sports in our company. The West Dala team, which is more than 6 years old, always stands out on the basketball court thanks to sports skills and excitement. Colleagues showed a high level of play at the tournament as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of TCO. The competition took place from November 18 to 20 in Atyrau among employees, business partners of TCO and employees of recruitment agencies. 8 teams participated in the basketball tournament:

  • Digital Team
  • ISKER
  • EGMG
  • HR Squad

The honor of the West Dala team was defended by Viktor Kysykov, Zhangir Balgimbayev, Ramil Kapashev, Chingiz Khabbasov. According to the results of the tournament, the prizes were divided as follows:

        I. ISKER
        II. West Dala
        III. EGMG

West Dala has become a new member of the Italian–Kazakh Trade Association (ACIK).

Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).

For the third consecutive year, West Dala has been conducting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the international standard (GHG Protocol) and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.
