B2B

The oil and gas industry consists of complex processes and requires the involvement of human resources 24/7, both in the industry itself and in oilfield services companies. West Dala, as a service company, is involved in the implementation of major projects in the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adhering to certain requirements and providing personnel for round-the-clock work in waste management. Therefore, in recent years, the company has introduced a B2B method of work on some projects.

The B2B method is a special form of organization of the labor process outside the place of permanent residence of workers, in which the daily return of company employees to their places of permanent residence cannot be ensured. Because of this, employees have to spend much less time with their families, skip significant dates of their loved ones and relatives, and also work on national holidays.

This method of work for a long time can lead to additional stress, which will affect the physical and spiritual state of the employee. Therefore, West Dala is trying not to let its employees feel loneliness and to show them through various holiday events that all employees of the company are one big family !!!

For example, the company’s management and B2B staff of the WD FGP project jointly celebrate various events, which are accompanied by congratulations and wishes to each other, contests, lotteries, dances, songs and delicious treats. People are so liberated at these events that they show their talents and receive valuable memorable gifts for them.

Only caring for each other, the management and employees of the company can achieve more in the successful implementation of their projects !!!
