In July, at the monthly Business Partner Safety meeting, at Crude Tank Farm (CTF) facility, West Dala employees were recognized with gifts and certificates for safe work, excellent competence and good safety knowledge.

The company was honored with this high rating following a safety audit conducted by TCO. During the audit, all technical services involved were inspected, and the competence and safety knowledge of the company's employees were assessed. Following the HSE audit, the West Dala Safety Specialist and Coordinator successfully demonstrated a presentation of the activity to customers at the HSE Roundtable meeting at the work sites.

Also on July 4, West Dala FGP drivers were honored by TCO MVS (Motor Vehicle Safety) for a certain maximum mileage without a violation for a period of six months. The following drivers received gifts and certificates:

A lecture on “Waste Management and Spill Response” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov University. Environmental specialists from West Dala — Ainagul Sagiyeva and Islam Sagynbayev — conducted an engaging session with students, highlighting the key principles of environmentally responsible waste management. The focus was on modern approaches to safe disposal, reducing environmental impact, and the role of business in building a sustainable environment.

The “Innovative Ideas” competition was held in the Atyrau Region to support talented youth and develop their scientific research and inventive potential. Specialists from West Dala — environmental engineer Aigul Sagiyeva and chief technologist Minara Massalimova — were invited to serve as members of the jury.

Employees of West Dala joined the environmental campaign organized by the Department of Ecology of the Mangystau Region to clean the territory of Aktau city. They also supported the initiative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Atyrau Region by participating in the clean-up and improvement of Victory Park in Atyrau city.

From 20:30 to 21:30, the Earth Hour International Environmental Action took place to draw attention to the need for a responsible attitude to nature and the resources of the planet. This year, Earth Hour in Kazakhstan is dedicated to the theme of nature conservation in the country.

The warmth of this month helped strengthen social ties and energize them for new beginnings after the winter.
