AWARD

West Dala LLP congratulated its distinguished employees in the Mangystau region on their 20-year service anniversary. Invited employees from Uzen WMF, Koshanai WMF, the Bautino Project and the Aktau office were awarded honorary medals, commemorative gifts and letters of appreciation.

West Dala expresses its sincere gratitude to the team in the Mangystau region for their dedication, timely support in implementing various projects, professionalism, and personal contribution to the company’s shared mission.

The Aktau office is relatively young: it was established eleven years ago, and by 2015–2016 two own production facilities had already been commissioned. The company began developing integrated waste management in the region, providing environmental solutions for the treatment of oil waste and creating job opportunities for the residents of Karakiya and Tupkaragan districts.

Although the team is small, but highly cohesive and ready to offer for the Clients not only standard waste management approaches but also tailored solutions developed in accordance with specific conditions and customer requirements, fully compliant with legislation on quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety.

West Dala celebrated its 20th anniversary by honoring its distinguished employees who laid the foundation of the company and made a significant contribution to the production processes of numerous waste-management projects in the western region of the country.

West Dala conducted a guest lecture at H. Dosmukhamedov University for students of the Faculty of Ecology on the topic: “Effective Waste Management: From Classification to Utilization.”

The schoolchildren of class 2A from Happy Choice School in Atyrau made their first visit to the Waste Management Facility of West Dala. The purpose of this unusual visit was a research project titled “Environmental Issues of My City”, carried out by two schoolchildren — Baltgimbayev Altair and Baibossyn Balis — under the guidance of their class teacher Larisa Puzanova-Chukalina.
