West Dala celebrated its 20th anniversary by honoring its distinguished employees who laid the foundation of the company and made a significant contribution to the production processes of numerous waste-management projects in the western region of the country. During this festive day, invited employees recalled the company’s journey from its first steps to the present. The management expressed its gratitude by congratulating the best specialists, awarding veterans and retirees with honorary medals and memorable gifts, while outstanding employees received letters of appreciation.

The development of the company, its progress, competitiveness, and the high-quality, timely execution of tasks are the result of the dedicated work of the staff. These are the very people who work day and night at the company’s production sites, in heat and cold, always on the front line. West Dala is a united team driven by a shared purpose and values, built on strong and trusting relationships. West Dala has become a new member of the Italian–Kazakh Trade Association (ACIK).

Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).

For the third consecutive year, West Dala has been conducting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the international standard (GHG Protocol) and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.
