Congratulations on the Well-Deserved Award! 

In November, at the 3GP project site, our colleague, site coordinator Kabdolov Salamat, was honored with a Certificate of Appreciation and a Bronze Medal from TCO. 

This award recognizes his significant contribution to fostering a strong culture of workplace safety. As noted in the TCO certificate, Kabdolov Salamat demonstrates a high level of responsibility, consistently identifying potential risks and incidents, and promptly informing management to take necessary actions. Thanks to his proactive approach and ability to establish effective communication between the client and BP management, the team’s work has become even safer and more efficient.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.

West Dala joined the United Nations Global Compact — the world’s largest international initiative for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility — in 2023.

This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.
