AUDIT OF EMPLOYEES

Again we want to share good news! In April human resources documentation audit on compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Policies and Procedures of West Dala company was completed. The audit was carried out by services of NCOC. This company is our client during several years.

During the audit compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, labor relations, the state of safety and labor safety, system and procedure of remuneration and also other indicators were evaluated. Number of audit scored points was 98% of the total 100% of the amount of evaluation of compliance with labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Such result receives excellent mark according to the approved table.

A lecture on “Waste Management and Spill Response” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov University. Environmental specialists from West Dala — Ainagul Sagiyeva and Islam Sagynbayev — conducted an engaging session with students, highlighting the key principles of environmentally responsible waste management. The focus was on modern approaches to safe disposal, reducing environmental impact, and the role of business in building a sustainable environment.

The “Innovative Ideas” competition was held in the Atyrau Region to support talented youth and develop their scientific research and inventive potential. Specialists from West Dala — environmental engineer Aigul Sagiyeva and chief technologist Minara Massalimova — were invited to serve as members of the jury.

Employees of West Dala joined the environmental campaign organized by the Department of Ecology of the Mangystau Region to clean the territory of Aktau city. They also supported the initiative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Atyrau Region by participating in the clean-up and improvement of Victory Park in Atyrau city.

From 20:30 to 21:30, the Earth Hour International Environmental Action took place to draw attention to the need for a responsible attitude to nature and the resources of the planet. This year, Earth Hour in Kazakhstan is dedicated to the theme of nature conservation in the country.

The warmth of this month helped strengthen social ties and energize them for new beginnings after the winter.
