At the end of July, West Dala conducted an audit-observation for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
The audit was conducted by the Intertek certification body (UKAS, Great Britain). During the audit, "Internal and external factors", "IMS risk management", "Information on environmental aspects", "Audit results (internal and external)" were analyzed.
"The next audit-observation confirmed that our company fully applies the principles and obligations of the Integrated Management System (IMS). We constantly analyze and evaluate our processes in our work," said Asem Sarsengalieva, West Dala IMS Manager.
Based on the results of the analysis, the opportunities for improving activities will be quickly introduced.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.

However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.
