APPRECIATION CERTIFICATE

The spring floods in Atyrau region posed a challenge for all the residents. The emergency situation left no one indifferent: many Kazakhstani companies, including West Dala LLP, assisted the state in mitigating the consequences of this natural disaster.

After the flood threat in Atyrau city and its surrounding areas had passed, Tengizchevroil (TCO) LLP, with the support of the regional Akimat, awarded business partners who actively contributed and provided significant assistance in combating the flood. Specifically, our employees participated in flood control measures in Kulsary of the Zhylyoi district, in Atyrau city, and nearby areas. All assistance and equipment were provided by the company free of charge.

In the Certificate of Appreciation signed by TCO General Director Kevin Lyon, the company’s efforts are acknowledged: “For timely response, unwavering commitment, and a comprehensive approach that played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of personnel and the local population, contributing to business continuity, and protecting resources and infrastructure. Your professional conduct and dedication serve as an example of the cooperative relationships that TCO values in its business partners. We express our appreciation for your active assistance in our flood control initiatives”

We thank TCO for such a high assessment and reaffirm our commitment to partnership for achieving shared goals aimed at supporting the Atyrau region.
