APPEAL

I am addressing this appeal to all employees of West Dala and contractors.

As the first Kazakhstan integrated waste management service company focused on providing services at the level of international standards, we strive to remain leaders and be an example for others in our market segment through the comprehensive implementation of advanced international and domestic experience in the waste management.

When achieving this goal, one of the most important conditions in work is the safety and health of labor and, above all, the safety of company employees, contractors and visitors to production facilities. The company's activities are related to hazardous waste management, so safety in the performance of work always remains in the first place for us.

West Dala has a Policy in the field of quality, health, safety and environmental protection, which is the same for all our production facilities. This Policy includes several principles in the occupational safety and health, namely:

  • West Dala declares that, in carrying out its activities, it attaches paramount importance to ensuring safe working conditions, health and environmental protection, as well as the satisfaction of its customers.
  • West Dala undertakes to control and, where possible, to prevent the impact of adverse aspects arising in the course of work on the environment, to minimize the risks of occupational injuries and occupational diseases of employees. To carry out its activities in accordance with the current legislation and other requirements in the quality, health, safety and environmental protection, minimize the impact of its activities on the environment.
  • Every employee of the Company or Contractor has the right to suspend any work if he considers its continuation as a threat to personnel, the environment or his own health.

These principles must be understood and accepted by all employees at West Dala's facilities. Let's work together to prevent accidents in the workplace. Every employee of the company and contracting organizations must return home at the end of the working day alive, healthy and capable of work / and without loss of ability to work.

Safety first!
