In the run-up to the celebration Atyrau City Day various events took place, including the Atyrau Marathon 2022.

At the end of September, the 28th International Exhibition and Conference KIOGE-2022 was held in Almaty.

In September, at the monthly meeting of the environmental community at Tengiz, awards were given to the best ELS specialists of contractors working on the TCO project. Among them is our environmentalist Togzhan Raiymbek!

Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) hosted a Waste Management Forum in Atyrau. International waste management practices were discussed at the event, as well as suggestions for TCO's waste management practices to business partners providing waste management/recycling services.

During the GEWR forum in Astana, West Dala invited Mansur Tursynovich Oshurbaev, Director of the Department of State Waste Management Policy of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Recourses of Kazakhstan, to visit the company's facilities.

Our planet became cleaner thanks to the World Cleanup Day 2022. West Dala's contribution to the campaign was extensive in terms of geography and the number of employees: a total of over a hundred people came out to clean up in the Atyrau region, Tengiz, Prorva, Almaty, and Aktau! Let's tell you how it was.

Recently we received words of gratitude from the General Director of the Fund to Support Disabled Children Tazhikenov Abdel Urazgalievich:

The new training year began for West Dala employees with the '7 Skills for Highly Effective People 4.0' training. FranklinCovey's certified trainer training provides a clear understanding of how to develop key skills, which include being proactive, presenting the end goal, and achieving synergy. Our colleagues shared their impressions after the training:

At the end of August, a 10-kilometer marathon was held in Atyrau under the slogan "New Kazakhstan - No to Terrorism!".

Today, all schoolchildren in Kazakhstan sat down at their desks, including our wards in the Mangуstau region.

Our colleague Gaukhar Beketayeva successfully finished the prestigious Ironman triathlon competition! She took part in the BI Group Ironman 70.3 Astana race, which was held in parallel with BI Group Ironman Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan.

Our colleagues Nalibayeva Gulzhakhan, Tabyldy Aysana, Zhumagazina Kundyz, Kenzhebayeva Nurbike and Kerimbayeva Orynkul were awarded for the safe execution of work, team spirit and timely performance of their duties with Certificates of Commendation from Novus Bolashak LLP (Tengiz WMF) signed by Graham Goldie, Site-Service Manager.

Boxing is a favourite and popular sport in Kazakhstan. We all cheer for our athletes who demonstrate a strong position in the ring.
