COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

West Dala has a Collective Agreement that regulates social and labor relations in the organization. In particular, it reflects such provisions as an employment contract, internal labor regulations, bonuses and others. By a general vote, Kumisbekov Buranbay, the Head of Waste Management Facility, was chosen as the representative of the employees. He is endowed with this mission as a person who enjoys high authority among employees and with the employer.

As a representative of employees under a Collective Agreement, Buranbai Batyrgalievich performs the function of representation during collective negotiations, the conclusion or amendment of a Collective Agreement, and also participates in the resolution of labor disputes.

West Dala's driver, Rishat Imashev, was featured at the quarterly Drivers Forum organized by NCOC due to his high performance on IVMS reports and commitment to safe driving.

West Dala completed the participation in the SDG Ambition program, an educational course developed by UN experts to integrate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the strategic and operational activities of the companies.
